In this comic, Risa was about to give Terry a Valentine’s day gift, but Terry was quick to get his out. Risa was planning on giving her obligatory gift, but she was a little frustrated when Terry presented his gift first. She wanted to be the first one to give her gift I suppose. Some people can be like that.
