A new comic for the week! I hope everyone’s year has started off on the right track! For some people, that means going back to school, work, or any return to normal routine.
In this comic, Risa meets up with Terry at school in the morning, only to find club members of all sorts scrambling to set up booths for presenting their extra curricular activities. Some active schools and even post secondary schools let students run clubs of all sorts for extra credit. It’s nice and gives the campus a bit more culture. Giving students freedom on that level usually leads to a lot of clubs with really distinct interests. It’s not uncommon to find clubs for interests that you’ve never heard before.
In Risa’s complaint, she makes the assumption that clubs always bring together weird people, while being quite weird herself. Terry suggests that she should just find a club with her kind of weird.
