One of the most memorable things about fishing for me, is learning to cast. It’s pretty straightforward, but sometimes it can be tricky to get good distance out of the cast. Often there are times when I simply forget to let go of the line, sending the rod on a downwards roar to the ground. I’m surprised that fishing rods can even take that abuse.
