Terry is picking up Risa so that the two of them can head out for their Valentine’s Day date! However, Terry had to wait for a bit while Risa was getting changed into something more fashionable. As she came out to greet her date for the evening, Risa shows up in a simple but cute dress. Now, Risa doesn’t normally wear dresses very much, but it seemed like her mom forced her to pull out the dresses for the special evening.
