In this comic, Risa and Terry are about to head out on their date together. As Terry awaits at the front entrance of Risa’s house, Risa’s mom informs him that her daughter is still getting dressed, perhaps wearing something a little fashionable. As we’ve seen before, Risa is not really one to really dress all that fancy. However, her mom forces her to at least put some effort into wearing something nice when going out on dates together. Terry understands this just by looking at Risa’s mom.
