Happy new year everyone! It’s 2026, the start of a new year! I’m hoping that this year will be shaping up to be a fun, exciting, and productive year. I expect to work on my novel more and hopefully get that published close to the end of the year. Of course, I want to make sure it’s all good, so I’ll continue to proof and rewrite where I can.

To start off the year, I have a new comic! Yogurt walks in on her dad cleaning up some of his camera gear. She was being curious, since he was in the office for a while. It turns out that he’s getting this camera gear ready and was deciding which ones to bring along. Yogurt’s attention perked. Bring along? To where?

On a side note, I’ve been slowly migrating over my PC to Linux after spending decades on Windows. I’ve actually been having a ton of fun in the migration, tweaking and tinkering, making the system feel like mine. In addition, I’ve been slowly integrating my creative workflow in this environment and even got Clip Studio Paint working. It’s a slow migration, making extensive use of dual-booting so that I always have a safety net. However, I’m confident that in the future, I will likely only be using Linux, alleviating my anxiety of the future of Windows and my PCs.
