While it’s easy to think that making coffee is easy, anyone who has experience making several different kinds of espresso-based drinks will probably tell you otherwise. There’s a lot of room to play around when it comes to looking for that perfect cup. At least, that was the idea behind the cafe that Shu used to work at, which was probably more of a high-end local cafe rather than the usual chain shop. In several chain coffee shops, customers just want their coffee as fast a possible. In the odd case, you might even find nice latte art in that paper cup coffee.
