Another comic for the week!

What better way to finish up a snowman than to dress it up and keep it warm. In this comic, Risa throws her scarf onto the snowman, but with the snow being pretty wet, and her scarf being already warm, it won’t take long for her scarf to soak up. Wet scarves aren’t exactly the most comfortable to wear to keep warm.
